we, the athletes representing the 4year class in the intramural 2010 do to hereby declare that we are Amateurs and do pledge our selves to compete in the spirit of true Sportsmanship, that if qualified and selected, we promise to prepare ourselves to be physically fit and worthy Ilocos sur national highschool athletes for any higher level of competitions.


last October 8-9,our called the intramural meet 2010 was held on the athletic field . some students are join the basket ball,volley ball and other sport. some of are classmate's are join the basket ball and badminton. I'm glad that they won.For me, i enjoy watching the all players specially the 4 year.

                      is a person who likes or is helpful to one a supports or sympathizen. It is very important to gain friendship for everyone. because they are the one who makes you laught, who makes you happy all the way. It is easy to keep up a friendship of sorts when everything is bright, It is takes effort and perseverance to remain a faithful friend when another life is plunged to darkness. but you can only feel who are your friends when you are in the trouble, you can feel if you are a real friend to a person if you are willing to stand by him/her in times of distress. and most of all we always put it in our mind that friendship is a matter of give and take in every way. that's the real friend!

I consider myself lucky to have some of the great math teachers that I had throughout my academic career. However, that was some time ago and technology today has made it possible to give cudos to some great teachers. My Teacher, My Hero is a social, video-driven website that honors teachers for the differences they have made in our lives. The websit aims to inspire a new generation of passionate people to take pride in their desire to teach, and to remind others of the importance of teachers in their own lives. DISADVANTAGE; many people are addicted to play on-line games and many people are lazy to come in there school
